SALISBURY ICE HOCKEY CLUB is a USA Hockey sanctioned club and participates in USA Hockey
sanctioned events. We are current members of the Lehigh Valley Scholastic Hockey League (LVSHL)
which is also a USA Hockey sanctioned league. This being noted, any player registering with Salisbury
Ice Hockey Club will also register with USA Hockey.
Player eligibility requirements for the LVSHL: All players must live in the Salisbury School District.
Players outside of the Salisbury School District can play for us at the Developmental, Youth, and Middle School if their
school district does not have a team. If we do not have enough players at the JV and Varsity level,
Salisbury can pick up players in the Draft or merge with another scholastic team that does not have
enough players.
JV: Grade 9th – 10th MS: Grade 6th – 8th
Youth: Grade 2nd - 5th Developmental: K - 2nds grade
Individual player registration for USA Hockey should be completed online. When doing so, be sure
to register for the upcoming 2017-2018 season. The USA Waiver of Liability is completed at this time.
There is a registration fee payable to USA Hockey, which can be paid for by credit card.
Registering with USA Hockey on line is fast and easy. From your web browser go to
http://www.usahockeyregistration.com/ and under the Players tab select Register Online and follow the steps. When completed with the USA Hockey registration process, you will receive a confirmation page. Save a copy of this page and forward it to Salisbury Ice Hockey Club at salisburyicehockey@gmail.com. We must have this information to roster you on a Salisbury team.
You also need to register with the Salisbury Ice Hockey Club (see link to registration form). This
registration form should be completed and returned by mail with the registration/commitment
fee of $100 which will be credited towards your 2017-2018 season fees. This is a “Commitment” fee
and is non -refundable. We will however return any fees if we are unable to field an age appropriate
team for your child.
